Breakfast: uncle tobys cheerios cerial.
Cheese, pasta & bread are my main worries I’ve decided. Going to try cut down on them. Not going to be easy with my family.
I think running 2-3 times a week, with 20-30 minute exercises every night. When I can - works always getting in the way.
I will do it, I WILL.
I’m not going to be the fat girl at schoolies.
